To coincide with the release of their singles collection “History – The Very Best Of”, DUNE released a remake of their 1995 classic “Hardcore Vibes”. Heavily resembling Bomfunk MC’s “Freestyler”, the single contained new verses delivered in a rap-style, with the chorus retaining the original style of the 1995 version.
The single charted and peaked at No. 70, spending a total of 4 weeks inside the German Top 100.

• After DUNE had given permission to Trubblemaker to remake “Hardcore Vibes”, The DUNE team where very pleased with the new version and settle a deal to release it together to promote their upcoming single collection.


• The video was partially shot in Germany in front of the “Het Pumpenhaus” or “Dampfmaschinenhaus” in the city Potsdam.


• The video was directed by Eric Will, who previously directed “Rainbow To The Stars”, “Nothing Compares 2 U”, “Keep The Secret”, “Electric Heaven” and “Heaven”.


• The 12” promo contains a shorter version of the ‘Dns Club Mix’ than that found on the Maxi single.
